  …hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. 

OUTLINE

I. Therefore, being saved is the salvation that encompasses both a present transformation and a future hope. (Romans 5:1,2; Acts 15:10; 2 Corinthians 5:17; 2 Peter 1:4)

II. Our FAITH has been vindicated, making us blameless through our acceptance of His Son, Jesus Christ, the Savior. (Romans 5:1)

III. Hope is knowing that God’s word is true and that He loves us so much that He gave His only Son so that we may live free and eternally with Him. (John 3:16)

The only true HOPE we have is in the salvation of Jesus Christ.
